A Safeguarding Adult Review has been published.
Today, the LSAB publish a Safeguarding Adult Review (SAR) in relation to Adult H.
The SAR Sub Group have robust action plans in place to to address the key learning and recommendations, which is monitored regularly. A learning brief is available to support agencies in recognising and implementing improvements.
