A Safeguarding Adult Review has now been published.
Today, the LSAB publish a Safeguarding Adult Review (SAR) in relation to Adult B.
The overview report highlights some specific areas where improvements can be made to working practice. Agencies have considered the points raised and are working to address necessary improvements.
The SAR Sub Group have robust action plans in place to to address the key learning and recommendations, which is monitored regularly. A learning brief is available to support agencies in recognising and implementing improvements.
