Adult C SAR

A Safeguarding Adult Review has been published.
Today, the LSAB publish a Safeguarding Adult Review (SAR) in relation to Adult C.
The review highlights areas where practices can be improved and processes for supporting people in similar situations can be better managed. Agencies are aware of the issues raised and are working to address necessary imrpovements to prevent similar events occuring in the future.
The SAR Sub Group have a robust action plan in place to address the learning and recoemmendations which is monitored on a regular basis.
The Overview Report is available to download here, along with a learning brief which supports agencies and pracitioners in recognising and implementing improvements in practice.
